Annual Forecast Report Campaign

While working with Realogics Sotheby's International Realty as the Creative Brand Manager, I led the creative direction and campaign development for the firm’s Annual Forecast Report and accompanying marketing initiative.

The report serves as a key thought-leadership resource for real estate brokers, providing market insights they can leverage in conversations with clients and prospective buyers. The campaign focused on transforming the traditional print report into a more accessible, digital-first resource that brokers could easily share and customize.

Adoption was a critical priority, so the rollout included educational programming and training sessions designed to ensure agents could confidently use the tools in their own marketing efforts.

The Strategy

The campaign strategy focused on equipping brokers with tools that could help initiate meaningful real estate conversations in an unpredictable market.

Working closely with marketing leadership and brokerage stakeholders, we identified opportunities to simplify and modernize the report format. The goal was to make the insights more accessible while providing agents with marketing assets that could be quickly customized and shared.

To support adoption, the campaign also included internal training sessions and educational workshops to help brokers understand how to leverage the content in their own outreach.

The Solution

The final campaign introduced a digital-first ecosystem built around the Annual Forecast Report.

Deliverables included a dedicated landing page, social media assets, customizable newsletters, presentation slides, and a truncated digital version of the report that agents could easily distribute. We also launched Market Perspectives, a podcast series featuring conversations between the CEO and industry leaders to further extend the campaign’s thought leadership.

WorkLab sessions and internal trainings were hosted to support adoption, ensuring brokers felt confident using the tools to build relationships, generate leads, and reinforce the brokerage’s authority in the market.

The Process

Working closely with leadership and the sales team, I developed marketing materials that supported outreach, brand storytelling, and client engagement.

This included identifying opportunities to strengthen the company’s voice across communications while creating visually engaging tools that could support business development efforts.

The Solution

The result was a suite of on-brand marketing materials designed to support both internal communication and external client engagement. These included monthly newsletters, pitch decks, presentation lookbooks, and brand documentation that clearly communicated the company’s capabilities.

One of my favorite initiatives was developing the annual client appreciation gifts. Each gift was concepted, designed, and handcrafted in our studio, creating a memorable and personal touchpoint that strengthened long-term client relationships.

Over several years, I collaborated with MN Custom Homes to develop and maintain a comprehensive library of marketing materials supporting their luxury home communities.

The Process

Working closely with the MN Custom Homes marketing team, we identified key messaging and campaign priorities for each year’s marketing initiatives.

From there, I developed creative concepts and design systems that could be applied across multiple campaigns and communities. Iterative design reviews and collaboration ensured that each deliverable aligned with the company’s brand standards while supporting evolving marketing goals.

The Solution

The result was a cohesive marketing toolkit that allowed the MN Custom Homes team to execute campaigns efficiently while maintaining a consistent and elevated brand presence.

By developing flexible design templates and scalable marketing systems, the team could quickly deploy new materials across print and digital channels while reinforcing the brand’s reputation for quality and craftsmanship.

Annual Waterfront Report Campaign

The Annual Waterfront Report campaign supported brokers at Realogics Sotheby's International Realty by providing market insights and marketing tools tailored specifically to the Pacific Northwest waterfront real estate market.

Timed to launch ahead of the summer waterfront selling season, the campaign positioned the brokerage as a leading authority while equipping agents with valuable insights they could share with clients.

Deliverables included a dedicated landing page, the full waterfront report, animated social media assets, customizable marketing templates, presentation slides, and newsletters. We also hosted training workshops to help brokers adopt the materials and incorporate them into their marketing strategies.

To support the campaign launch, we visited select waterfront listings on the first day of summer, creating content that tied the report directly to the properties and communities it highlighted.
