The Application

Working as Creative Brand Manager, I collaborated closely with the digital marketing team to refine and implement the firm’s social media strategy.

Together with one of RSIR’s digital marketing specialists, we conducted an in-depth analysis of engagement trends across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Using performance insights from Sendible’s reporting platform, we identified high-performing content themes and refined our strategy accordingly.

These insights informed the development of a structured content calendar with clearly defined categories designed to improve engagement, maintain brand consistency, and support ongoing campaign initiatives.

The Objective

The primary objective of the social media strategy was to increase brand awareness while supporting broker success through targeted digital engagement. By optimizing content for each platform and focusing on meaningful storytelling, the strategy aimed to generate quality leads, drive website traffic, and strengthen RSIR’s presence as a trusted authority in the luxury real estate market.

The Target Audience

The social strategy targeted a diverse audience that included prospective homebuyers and sellers, individuals interested in luxury real estate, local community members, and industry influencers. An additional focus was attracting talented brokers who align with RSIR’s culture, values, and commitment to exceptional client service.

Market Perspectives: A Podcast Series

Market Perspectives was developed as a thought leadership platform for the leadership team at Realogics Sotheby's International Realty. In collaboration with the company’s CMO and CEO, we launched an ongoing podcast series featuring conversations with influential voices from across the real estate industry.

The goal was to create meaningful dialogue around market trends, investment insights, and industry developments while expanding the brokerage’s digital presence.

Each episode was supported by a coordinated digital campaign including social media promotion, long-form content, and short-form video clips designed to maximize engagement across platforms.
